A desperate deep burning need

I have a deep need for the following hat:

It's so sharp looking. I've been looking at straw ones kind of like the ones Jason Mraz wears, except flat on the top. Like that ones that barbershop quartets wear. Then, I saw this picture whose hat is black and wool-y/ felt-y looking and realized this is what I am looking for. I am going to have to find one before summer completely comes (at the thrift store). I am so excited to find this awesome hat. *sigh* It will take a lot of thrift shop stops...

Goal: FIND THIS HAT (or one similar)

(post script: Don't forget to wear green tomorrow, for the reason of St. Patty's Day is to wear green... )

Sorry for my lackage of posts, I think I am just going to post on Sundays, unless I have extra time in the morning. I seem to wear a lot more boring clothes to school and they are not "togged to the bricks" so they are not blog-worthy. Except now that I have said this I probably will have more posts, because life just works that way for me.
Thank you to all my viewers thus far. Even if you don't care that I spend 10 minutes each day... in front of my closet... staring at my clothes... trying to find an outfit that you haven't seen yet. Because I do not have an unlimited supply of clothes, I gotta get creative.

I also haven't been giving much credit to my lovely photographer. All photo credits are to Peach (not her real name) my 'lil 5th grade sis. I used to have to tell her, "make sure the top of my head and the bottom of my feet are in the frame." Still, though, she would chop off my head, but she has certainly improved.

My father did not take care of the camera and the battery died. At least it didn't happen when I was taking pictures for the senior project.

So, I only have 2 pics and the second is not good. Not good at all.

(sorry that my eyes are closed. The camera died and I couldn't retake it... I look real dumb in that one. )

Black and White

Now, looking at the pictures I really like the outfit. I was having trouble figuring out what to do with my new dress. On the day I wore this, I was incredibly uncomfortable trying to keep it up the whole time. It looks fine in pictures, though!

Today my pants looked genie-like.
